Landlord News
Welcome to the spring edition of Landlord News. As we go to print, Australia finds itself with a care-taker Government with the result of the August 21 election still uncertain. Whichever party manages to form Government, it will be the first Minority Government in 70 years. How this translates to the property market is unclear at this stage, as both of the major parties negotiate with the Independents and Greens, some new policies may appear and some election promises will probably be broken - but we will keep you updated in future editions. So in this Spring edition we consider what’s involved when selling a tenanted property, consider whether interest rates are again on the move and provide a timely reminder that it’s magpie breeding season. We trust you find our latest offering of Landlord News informative and useful.
