Tenancy News
Welcome to the spring edition of Tenancy News. As we go to print, Australia finds itself with a care-taker Government with the result of the August 21 election still uncertain. Whichever party manages to form Government, it will be the first Minority Government in 70 years. How this translates to the property market is unclear at this stage, as both of the major parties negotiate with the Independents and Greens, some new policies may appear and some election promises will probably be broken - but we will keep you updated in future editions. So in this Spring edition we consider what’s involved when a rental property is placed on the market, provide a timely reminder about magpie breeding season and European wasps and give some handy hints on moving house. We trust you find our latest offering of Tenancy News informative and useful.
